The AFA Wellness Plan is a 6-month commitment of $51.86 (including all fees) per week, designed to help you accumulate credit towards your treatments, making it easier to manage costs over time.

Create Your Account —Simply click this link or the button below to create an account via our trusted partner Aglow, and set up your preferred payment method that the amount will be debited from your account weekly.
Book Your Treatment — When you are ready, book your preferred treatment via our booking system.
Enjoy an Effortless Payment Plan —The cost of the treatment will be deducted from your total credit amount. If after a certain amount of treatments you have exceeded your credit amount within the 6 months, you will be kindly asked to finalise the difference.

Once off Sign Up —When you sign up, you will incur a once off sign up fee of $9.90.
Small Surcharge—Each weekly payment will include a $1.86 surcharge transaction fee. This is included in the $51.86 weekly total.
Missed Payments—If you missed a payments or if there are insufficient funds in your bank account, you will incur off fee of $7.00. If the payment arrangement is set up to weekly frequencies, we will reattempt the missed payment with the following week's payments.
For all custom treatment plans, number amounts may differ.

This is a weekly payment plan for 6 months. Please note that no cancellations can be granted. The credit is non-refundable and can only be used within the clinic towards treatments and products. This membership excludes additional holistic services.
